I imagine a growing network of people continuously enhancing their own unique unfolding story, thereby co-creating a new collective story. This dynamic process ensures we release limiting patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us or the planet; and we consciously create nourishing and enriching beliefs that ensure we live more meaningful and richer lives.
Haipule is a Hawaiian word which means dreaming a new world into being. Sharon chose this name after reading Serge Kahili's book The Urban Shaman while she lived at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California.

ABOUT HAIPULE
In the early 1990’s just after my Saturn return, I first visited an astrologer, Rod Suskin in my native South Africa. Although curious, I remained a sceptic.
In the mid 1990’s I attended a course, 'Philosophy, Cosmology and Consciousness' at Schumacher College in England. Richard Tarnas, Stan Grof, and Will Keepin led me to see a number of fascinating connections. For example, at the time of the French Revolution, the Industrial Revolution and The American War of Independence, the planet Uranus associated in astrology with unexpected breakthroughs and revolutionary ideas was discovered. The actual moment of birth is also regarded as a Uranus type breakthrough.
The Philosophy, Cosmology and Consciousness course started a massive learning curve. I began to read astrology books avidly, and transformed my ideas about astrology. Here so many astrologers opened new doors for me: Liz Greene, Caroline Casey, Isabel Hickey, Alan Oken, Geoff Woolfe, Pelletier, Sassportas, Sakoian and Acker, and so many more. Astrology became a language, a way of entertaining possibilities and creating meaning, and a way to understand various phases of life.
While I lived at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California from early 1998 to early 2001, the resident astrologer, Sylvia Guersenzvaig designed a mandala and key words to go with each sign and planet. She used these to conduct new moon oracles. Sylvia would provide an overview of the current sky, and would welcome questions. These questions were answered by the attendees, who would speak as if they were the various planets. It fascinated me to track how complex, and yet accurate these dramatizations were.
Thomas, the yoga teacher lent me many books and also introduced me to Captain Universe, who also significantly influenced my thinking. While I lived at Esalen, I began subscribing to The Mountain Astrologer.
When I arrived on Kauai in 2001, I created my own mandala. Instead of using prompt cards with words, I created collages of pictures and words that incorporated all my associations with the various hows, whats and wheres of an astrological, mythological frame of reference. From as early as 2001, I began facilitating astro-counseling sessions with individuals and couples.
- To expand and enrich the unfolding story of individuals, and couples using the mytho-astro collages to anchor new insights.
- Scan the collages and use technology to conduct and record internet sessions.
- Work with an agent to transform the collages and concepts into a self empowering game
- Use the cards to teach the language of astrology to adults, and high school children.
- Further develop these cards to work with corporations.
- Develop personalized astro-collages for individuals and couples

When asked about abundance, there are a number of indicators or road signs on astrology maps. The Sun, Venus, and Jupiter and their partners merit attention. The second house of how we sustain ourselves is also important.
